Terms of Use
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the bororosgarazs.hu website. By using the site, you accept them. The contractual terms and conditions for the garage's parking service are contained in a separate parking regulation (GTC), which this document does not replace.

2. Purpose of the page and accuracy of content
The site is primarily informative: it shows where the garage is located, how to get there, what services it provides, and how to contact the operator. The content on the site does not constitute an offer.
Prices, opening hours, number of spaces and size restrictions are carefully updated, but the information provided on the site is for informational purposes only. If the site differs from the signs posted in the garage or from the current rates, the on-site signs and rates apply. If the site also indicates the number of spaces available, this is the current status and may differ on site.
3. Using the site
You may use the site legally and for its intended purpose. It is not permitted to:
• interfering with or circumventing the operation of the site, attempting unauthorized access,
• automated, mass download of the page's content,
• using the form with false information, on behalf of others, or to send unsolicited messages.
If you violate these, we may ignore your request and, if necessary, take legal action.
4. Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logo, branding elements and photos of the site belong to Boráros Garázs Kft. or its rightful owner. You may share them for private, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the operator.
5. External links and services
External services available from the site (e.g. Parkl, Google Maps, Waze) are not our services. The respective service provider is responsible for their content, operation and data management, and their terms and conditions and information apply to them. Links do not mean that we guarantee the content or operation of the service provider in any way.
6. Responsibility
We strive to ensure that the site is always available, but we do not guarantee that it will always function flawlessly and without interruption. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or external service provider outage.
We are not liable for damages resulting from the informative use of the content of the site or from the temporary unavailability of the site, unless the law does not allow the exclusion of liability. This applies in particular to damages caused intentionally and damages to human life, physical integrity or health. This point does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.
7. Error reporting and complaint handling
You can report any errors found on the site, as well as any complaints or comments about the service, using the contact form on the site (subject: Complaint or comment) or at info@borarosgarazs.hu.
We will investigate your verbal complaint immediately. If we cannot resolve it or you do not agree with the handling of it, we will record it. We will respond to your written complaint in writing within 30 days. We will keep a record of the complaint and a copy of the response for 3 years.
If we are unable to reach an agreement even after the complaint has been rejected, you as a consumer may turn to the competent conciliation body or court in your place of residence. You can find out about the competent body on the official website of the conciliation bodies.

We provide detailed information about the processing of personal data in our Privacy Policy and about cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both are available at the bottom of the page.
9. Governing law and modification of the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the site shall be subject to the competent Hungarian court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
We may amend the terms and conditions if the operation of the site or the law changes. The current version is available on the site, and the amendment is effective from the date of publication.
